Refund policy

We recognize the importance of seeing a piece of jewelry in person. Therefore, we offer a three-day return policy. If you wish to return your purchase, please notify us by email at lauren@themonarkcollection.com within three days of receipt. We will issue you a shipping label for return.  The item must be returned within the business week and in its original, undamaged condition to qualify for a full refund.
